At Bright Life Cart (bcart), customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, returns, and refunds are processed for orders placed on our website and paid via Razorpay.

 

 

1. Order Cancellation

 

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@brightlifecart.com with your order details.

 

 

2. Eligibility for Refund

 

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

 

  • Damaged or defective products received

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Order cancelled before shipment

 

All refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting proof (photos/videos).

 

 

3. Non-Refundable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

 

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products returned after the allowed time window

 

 

4. Refund Process

 

  • Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated through Razorpay, the original payment gateway used for the transaction.

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original mode of payment (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or wallet).

 

 

5. Refund Timeline

 

  • After approval, refunds typically take 1–10 business days to reflect in your account.

  • The exact timeline depends on your bank or payment provider and is beyond our direct control.

 

 

6. Shipping Charges

 

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to a fault from our side (damaged, defective, or incorrect product).

 

 

7. Return Shipping

 

  • In case of an approved return, return pickup or shipping instructions will be shared with the customer.

  • If return shipping is arranged by us, no additional charges will apply.

 

 

8. Failed or Reversed Payments

 

  • If a payment is debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded via Razorpay within 1–7 business days.
